Please note that payment is due at the time of service unless we have agreed otherwise beforehand.

We work with several plans and our friendly front-office team is standing by to help you navigate the insurance process. Please note that we are a participating provider with the following insurance companies:

As a courtesy, our team will always attempt to file insurance paperwork on your behalf with your insurance company, even if we are not in-network.
Financing & payment plans
If you are unable to pay for some or all of your treatment upfront, that’s okay! Talk with us about options for financing or a payment plan. We work with CareCredit and can typically help you stretch your payments out over as long as several years.
